      Project An Vien is a well-known luxury villas area near the sea on the south of the Nha Trang City next to the cable car entrance to popular resort Vinpearl. Besides hundreds of villas you can find there few hotels, a little harbor for boats, small sandy beach, couple of newly opened restaurants. All the area is really quite and 24/7 secured. To center of city it takes about 10min. You can use the bus for 7k VND taking you from the bus station situated near the entry gate to An Vien.

   Song Da Nha Trang company (U-Plaza, Stellar..) has launched construction of a new project called Butterfly Tower designed from well-known German company Franken \ Architekten GmbH.

         The Butterfly Tower is a 19-storey high-rise building with 589 serviced apartments. The ground floor accommodates shops, restaurants, bars, cafes and of course not missing a parking in the basement.
The plot, between the river delta and the sea, is cut through by a meandering network of development, reminiscent of a river course branching out.
