Payment schedule:

  • 1. stage: deposit 50,000,000 VND to book the contract.
  • 2. stage: deposit   15% of sales price (included 50,000,000 VND from 1st stage) excluding VAT, within 10 days from booking a contract (purchase agreement)
  • 3. stage: payment 30% of sales price (previous 15% from deposit stages included), when the sales contract is signed
  • 4. stage: payment 10% of sales price + VAT, within 10 days (when   6th floor is finished)
  • 5. stage: payment 10% of sales price + VAT, within 10 days (when 12th floor is finished)
  • 6. stage: payment 10% of sales price + VAT, within 10 days (when 18th floor is finished)

  • 7. stage: payment 25% of sales price + VAT + 2% maintenance fee (when roof is finished)

 – Developer offers a discount 8% if a customer pays 70% of the sales price as a first payment or 10% discount if is paid 95% of the sales price.
