Discount 4% or 8% (based on the chosen payment schedule) is calculated from the sale price which is VAT included. And the maintenance 2% fee is from sales price without VAT after discount. We introduce the project, give all important information, gladly answer all questions, and personally lead you to the administrative office to sign a purchase agreement with the sales price offered on the official price list from the developer.
