  •   1 stage: not refundable deposit 100.000.000 VND  within 7 days – the main contract will be signed
  •   2 stage: payment  50% of sales price (included 100,000,000 VND from 1st stage) within 7 days since the day deposit is made.
  •   3 stage: payment  25% of sales price within 2 months since the day deposit is made
  •   4 stage: payment  20% of sales price within 4 months since the day deposit is made
  •   5 stage: payment    5% of sales price – at the day investor informs to receive the ownership certificate / sing cooperation contract
