K-HOMES Agricultural Materials Corporation – formerly Khanh Hoa Agricultural Materials Company was established in 1976 and was assigned to deal in agricultural supplies (fertilizers, pesticides, agricultural mechanics …) in the whole province of Khanh Hoa. After the renovation, implementing the policy of Khanh Hoa People’s Committee on the planning of business activities to effectively manage, the local economic units were merged into Khanh Hoa Agricultural Materials Company and the company inherited the resources, assets and business lines of the following units:
– In 1993: Merger of Ninh Hoa District Technical Services Company (main business: agricultural materials, petroleum, technical materials, mechanics …)
– In 1995: merged Van Ninh food supplies company (main industries: agricultural materials, warehouse, food …)
– In 1996: merged Dien Khanh material and technical company (main industries: agricultural materials, coconut plantation …)
– In 1996: merged Cam Ranh agriculture service industrial company (main business: petroleum, agricultural materials …)
– In 2001, Khanh Hoa Agricultural Materials Company proceeded to equitization under the policy of the state, changed its name to Khanh Hoa Agricultural Materials JSC, with its main business is petroleum trading, agricultural materials and warehouse rental;
In 2017, the company was renamed as K-Homes Agricultural Materials JSC with strategic orientation as a group corporation, multi-branch investment activities on the basis of maintaining and promoting traditional advantages such as gasoline trading and warehousing, combined with expanding the proportion of activities to investment in real estate, stone exploitation, financial investment.
