At first they would take a long time to respond on viber in the 4-6 weeks before we arrived in Vietnam. But once I arrived in Nha Trang they started to communicate a little better and they found me a place in under 48 hours once we got going. When we visited their office we were assisted by really helpful, friendly staff with great communication skills to personally go with us to inspect some properties to rent and we ultimately made our decision that day.
